When I was looking for work as an editor, I would often join Facebook groups specifically for writers looking for editors and vice-versa. You could try joining a couple of those and following their posting rules putting yourself and your project out there. Also, you could try services like Upwork (though make sure you're comfortable with the service fee that sites like that require). These are a couple of good ways to start networking though!
